Phonophoresis

Phonophoresis is one of the forms of physiotherapeutic procedures in which a medicinal substance is injected with the help of ultrasound in the form of an ointment or gel, applied to the problematic part of the patient's body. Ultrasound helps the drug penetrate deeper into the tissues. Phonophoresis:

• stimulates blood circulation and metabolic processes, improves tissue respiration

• enhances the effect of medicinal substances

• accelerates the processes of tissue regeneration

• has anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect.
